Anyone fancy going for some exercise?

At last Prince Harry has been given his marching orders. The wayward prince embarked on his training at Sandhurst Royal Military Academy this week.

Hopefully the experience will teach him far more than how to iron a shirt (preferably not decorated with swastikas). Funnily enough I think the Army might have their eye on me too.

I've just been sent a rather lovely pair of trainers from UK Gear. They developed the shoe with army fitness instructors and reckon I'm the perfect civvies to test it out on the streets. Apart from the dull grey colour, I have no complaints.

In fact they're very comfortable. Their magical powers will be tested to the limit next month when I run the Race For Life at Lydiard Park. Look forward to seeing you there.
