I had sore clicking knees, I put this down to pavement slapping but it was a poor choice in training shoes. An APTI told me to look into some new shoes and I decided on these. In civi street they are £80 to buy but I got them from the PRI at £40. Bargain I say as they cured my knee problems aiding me in my PFT times.

These are as good, if not better, than any Nike/Asics that I have ever had.

I'm now on my third pair of trainers and there really good for runs and in the gym.
I did the Loch Ness marathon in them and my feet where fine.
