...for the Military

UK Gear’s training shoes were originally designed in association with the Royal Army Physical Training Corps (RAPTC). These elite fitness professionals were closely involved in the development and tested our products in some of the most inhospitable conditions on Earth. Only when approved by the Military do we consider our products... Built to survive.

Neutral Shoe Review

We've tried and tested the best in neutral shoes made for the biomechanically efficient runner...

Are you a neutral runner? After a bath or shower, when your feet are wet, check your footprint. A neutral foot lands on the outside of the heel and rolls inwards slightly to absorb shock, leaving a normal looking footprint. If yours is like this you are biomechanically efficient.

Neutral cushioned shoes provide maximum midsole cushioning and minimum medial support. And these shoes are best for biomechanically efficient runners (with minimum pronation) and mid-foot or forefoot strikers with high or normal arches.

UK Gear PT-1000

They Say: “The world's first running shoe built to survive 1,000 miles, these super tough but light weight shoes were developed with the Royal Army Physical Training Corps.”

We Say: “A perfect fit – they were true to size. Extremely comfortable, and the Hawk Air mesh regulates the temperature. Ideal for road or trail running, the long lifespan is put down to the Dureva midsole material. Excellent grip, perfect for bad weather and rugged terrain running”
